One phased investment — priced to your size, and to how deep the work goes.
Phase 1 is a fixed fee based on company size. What follows — Phases 2–3, and any continuation after day 90 — runs at a standard rate you choose based on how much support you need, independent of company size.
Founding-client rate reflects 50% off the standard diagnostic fee.
Standard rate — no founding discount applies to the retainer. Every client pays the same rate regardless of tenure, and the tier is chosen independently of company size, based on hours needed.

50% due at engagement start, 50% due upon delivery of the Phase 1 diagnostic. Phases 2–3 bill monthly at the applicable retainer rate. Continuing beyond the initial 90 days is optional and bills month-to-month — there's no separate minimum to clear.
